Services

Dextera provides Staff Augmentation or Professional Services in Program/ Construction Management and Owner’s Representative at the below hourly rates, which is inclusive of Dextera’s Burden Factor which is all inclusive of taxes, insurance, and company operating expenses. Upon further review of the project scope and schedule we are able to assess a monthly lump sum single project fee for our services if necessary.

Additional Costs

There may be additional costs incurred during the project that are not inclusive of the original contract services. These costs will be reasonable reimbursable expenses invoiced monthly with appropriate supporting documentation.

Reimbursable Expenses shall include the following items

Travel & Lodging
Printing & Reproduction
Courier Services, Postage, Shipping, etc.
Miscellaneous office consumables as it is related to the specific project for record keeping
Costs and expenses attributed to jobsite office expenses
